Since the mid-1980s, she has traveled to the countries of the Soviet Union, where her international career as a consultant for donor-funded projects and in the private sector began in the mid-1990s. Her country and work expertise covers more than 30 countries in the former Soviet Union, the Balkans and increasingly more in the Middle and Near East as well as parts of Africa.

And just as it continues to conquer new countries for itself, it never stands still in its specialist areas and, in addition to the use of digital tools, has also discovered AI for itself during the pandemic and is IHK-certified AI manager since 2024. Artificial intelligence has a firm place in international applications, project management and vocational training in particular.
